We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
How to start a return
- Email support@glamio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), a return label (where applicable), and packing instructions.
- Do not send items back without an approved RMA—unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them, unused/unworn, with all tags and in the original packaging.
- You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Beauty & personal-care items
For hygiene/safety, beauty, skin, hair and wellness products must be unopened, unused and sealed to be eligible (unless received damaged/defective).
What isn’t returnable
- Opened/used beauty or personal-care items (unless faulty)
- Perishables, custom/personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Final sale/clearance items

Damages, defects & wrong items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll repair/replace, reship, or refund according to the issue.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: Glamio covers return shipping.
- Change of mind / not needed: Customer covers return shipping (we’ll provide a label at cost or you may use your own tracked service).
Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item (once approved) and make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the eligibility conditions above.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and card providers may take extra time to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at support@glamio.co.uk
